 ...my 'best photo of 2010'? I doubt it. But, I remember I wanted to enter this for the October Free Study but could not get to my computer until Novemember 1st.

------- POST CHALLENGE -------

I thought this site was about photography and NOT eye-candy. I don't care much for ribbons or recognition however, I'm not too happy with the results. Noise? Of course there is (but I don't see much on my monitor)...what would anybody expect. Oh well...eye-candy it is...for the most part.

The best comment I've ever gotten at DPC was in this challenge though. Here it is:

Congrats. I've done these types of shots and know how tough they are. What was your ISO/shutter speed?

I don't think most voters at this site realize what is going on in my photo. I'm sure they just think it's a photo o a race car that blew up. It is...well guess what? Camping season is coming up so ya'll will just have to put up with pictures of 'Clark'. And why no 'Border' comment? You guys are freaks!

for me just a little grainy (might be what you wanted) but I like a nice slick picture when I see racing cars

a little too much noise for me but good capture. My husband drag races so hope to never see that through my camera!
