I'm going through the entries, stopping at those images I feel have had the benefit of an unconventional eye and dwelling a little longer to try to see and appreciate what you saw. This is one of those images.
Positives: What a wonderful scene to capture, the obvious juxtaposition of beach and snow is accentuated by the pretty bright yellow working with the dull dark tones of the sky. I like your choice of aspect ratio too.
Critical stuff: Not much at all.
Overall: A fine scene, well captured. |

| A really cools shot with the weather making this extra special. Not sure about the dark edges at the bottom. The dark mood helps to carry the atmosphere of a cold day and I can see myself sipping a hot chocolate behind some windows in a restaurant..enjoying this scene. |

| I really like the simple composition with the cluster of umbrellas. I would have cropped out a sliver of the left side to remove the light pole or perhaps cloned it out to keep the balance of the empty space on that side. |

| I like your subject and composition. Might be stronger with less sky and more contrast. I want the red life preserver and yellow umbrellas to really stand out. Good luck! |
