Haven't worked with blur before, and DPC voters may find it hard to look at, I personally like how delicate the blur has made the photo, giving an equal balance of the earth,fire,water & the reflection of the cloudy sky.
The photo was taken in a little flooded area in a parkland, the candle fire is in a glass holder.

I like the concept, and the blues in the water are great. The focus is too soft for my taste, though, especially in the mud. The mud is also too dark to my eye--there's enough detail there that it makes it a little frustrating that I can't see more.
