Oh man, the bad tattoo you posted is in good company. And by good company, I mean bad.
It's a very well done photo, technically, but lacks the Monty Python feel entirely. The expression seems unrelated, and I don't feel as though I'm getting the story you want to tell.

I'm not familiar with the sketch being referenced, but the image is very well executed. Nice lighting, good use of DOF, good posing. Very alluring.
