 This was taken at Ponagansett Dam on a freezing late afternoon with a couple of feet of snow on the ground; tripod placed on a rock step alongside spillway...Used solid ND 1.2 and a polarizer..Topaz adjust, hue/sat used with selection on building to change color toward reds, crop, usm

This is a beautiful shot. Very nice exposure and deep winter color. I wonder about cropping the bright sky a bit near the top, might draw the focus even more to the subject.
