This is my debut picture in DPChallenge. :)
I've allways liked photography, however didn't have many chances to dedicate some time to it!
This is a picture of a fountain dated from 1531 which is located in Evora, the district capital of Alentejo, in Portugal.
Hope you like as much as I liked to photograph it! :)

Thank you for all the positive comments everyone!
Just to clarify, the picture was not taken off the challenge period! And it was chosen with the objective of entering the contest, however, since I'm a little bit distracted, I set the date year to 2010 instead of 2011 when I bought the camera, earlier this month! :S
I appealed to the site council, however for them it seems to be possible to take a picture with a camera that does not exist at the time! :P

| there seems to be real potential here however i wish there were more detail....maybe it's lost in the size constraints? |

| Nice contrast. The fade to black is a nice touch. Focal point certainly gets your eye. |
