 Snowy Egret. That's about as close as we get to having snow here in S W Florida.

Lovely bird and nice detail showing. This summer we have green, too - it's usually brown now but so much rain has to be good for something.

I almost forgot what those tall green pokey things were... ah yes... GRASS! And look! water that is actually liquid... outdoors! Yep, I've been in the cold and snow too long... Thank you for the reminder that Spring may actually come back. (And the egret is gorgeous!)

We still have some green here and there but man, it is so dreary. When it rains for more than 3 days in a row, we are all suicidal. I want my sunshine back.

I love these guys. We have them too. They are so delicate as they walk on those spindly legs.

I heard an interesting stat on the radio yesterday, 49 out of 50 states have had snow this winter! link They're such beautiful birds!
