 Red sky at night, sailer's delight
Red sky at dawn, sailer be warned

...something like that
I kind of went there with the whole red sky thing with this one. Taken with my 300mm looking over the to the next ridge top at a farm house and barn. The branches are those of my neighbor's fruit trees. Not too sure if I like this one or not...maybe.

I love sunrises and sunsets too and I like the extreme saturation and intense colors of this one. Not your every day image. I like the progression of red to purple to blue. It might be interesting, also, to use the same image with a different crop - as a panorama - cropping it just below the diagonal twigs on the tree on the right (just under the dark line of the cloud that goes all across the image, and a little of the black on the bottom... just a thought..

Pretty colors and nice silhouettes, but this almost seems a just missed sunset (if you're entering it in a contest I thought you might like an opinion on that).
