The city just had all the fencing along side the cliffs redone, this is one of the last pieces which still needs to be worked on to be replaced.

Thanks for the feedback. I totally see what you are saying about the shoehorn thing, and that will help me with my next challenges. However, I feel it is better to have an image that is not so obvious, can be interpreted in different ways, and has a tittle which illustrates the photographer's own point of view of the challenge. Rather than having a picture that itself bludgeons the viewer over the head with work symbols such as hammers, nails, and men doing construction. I guess that is why the winners did neither symbol nor tittle bludgeoning :-).
