 I like the shot, but not 100 percent happy with the composition. I spent most of the time trying to get the lighting I wanted, and in the end I would have changed the compostion slightly by bringing the cracked nut forward a little bit away from the pile of nuts. I think it works the way it is, but do expect some comments regarding that.

I feel I wish the nut cracker wasn't cut off. I think the formalism of the white background doesn't fit with the editorial feel to the framing.
