This was actually taken in a restaurant. I shook the iPhone while snapping the picture. The streak is from a light in the background.

PP: crop, Topaz Denoise, Topaz Detail, curves, brightness/contrast, color balance, hue/sat, curves (soft light mode), photo filter (green), curves (for cross-processed effect - see Melethia's tutorial "Acid in Basic"), Topaz Denoise again, resize.

===============================

I'm so happy to get the Posthumous Blue Ribbon. Thank you Don. It's been hard watching the score this week, but I never doubted that it is a good image. Thank you for the confirmation!

LOL -- I wish that logic would equate to this is 'great art', but alas, I know more about logic than that. :)

This is so outstanding. I'm glad you got the PH Blue just so it was called to my attention and I got to see it, since I didn't click through the entire challenge. Uncannily inspired.

I'm so grateful to Don and his ribbons. If not for him and the posthumous thread I would have missed this beautiful image. And, nothing like a blue hand to help a person forget (or not care) that they are in brown ribbon country. Congratulations on a well deserved hand.

Gawd, what a travesty of a score. This is way cool!

I guess this is a reflection and a look through a window. I like how the person behind the glass looks. This type of shot would be a very interesting portrait. The fireworks aspect of this image is a bit too understated to score well in this challenge.
