I think this photo could benefit from some open ground in frame in front of the fence, and a bit more headroom above the tree. By zooming out a little to accomodate this, it would put the tree more squarely on the third as at the moment it is slightly left of the third and a little off balance (only a little).

well the tree has great fertilizer at the base of it...it should be healthy...like the PP on this

The composition is good, but the whole photo is overexposed, nice try though and a lovely tree it is.
