 This is a picture of my 10 year old daughter Caitlin. I have long been obsessed by the photographs of Ken Merfeld and this is another attempt to create something similar.

Note to self - read the rules properly in future. It is clear I used a layer and I think 8 of the 9 comments warned me that it would get DQ'd - but they also said they liked it. Nevermind.

i love this picture, although i'm afraid it might get DQ'ed.... =[

The girl is beautiful and the editing makes her have an innocence and makes this shot come alive. also makes her tell a story. good job!

wonderful overlay (at lest I'm guessing that's what this is) gives this a terrific old-timey portrait yet the portrait itself is composed in a way to give a particular freshness. I love this one.

Wonderful retro shot. I hope the edge treatment was done in-camera and not an overlay. I'd hate to see this one DQ'd on an editing rule.

ouch, a really cool vintage looking shot that is going to be dq'd as it looks like you got some kind of overlay on this? REALLY cool though, really like this one.
