That is a menacing stare he has. I'm finding this picture feels very washed out. The blacks are grey, and the brights are dull.

Perhaps having your subject off centre would work beter and the fous and colours are very soft.

Looks very flat, maybe if you raised the contrast some and a slight increase in saturation it would give it more depth. Looks like a fog is over the picture.
