Peeling old buildings only come second to rusty cars for topaz compatibility! LOL!

Excellent use of crisp. It really brings out the texture of this disrepair. What an ironic scene. Great spotting. I like your b/w conversion.

I love building details and love dilapidated buildings, so this is a winner on both counts. You have really emphasized all the details of the dilapidation- cool.
