Lovely streak of red and some nice silhouette shapes but for me the interaction between these two elements doesn't produce a strong composition. They don't interact in a dynamic way. Composition doesn't feel balanced to me.
I have noticed that a lot of your images have got a tilt. I don't know if your are doing in on purpose, or if you don't really mind. But this one in particular does look heavy on the left. I love the colours and the moment you have captured.
