 I had a really hard time deciding whether to submit a photo for Motion Blur or for Life. I had the better image for Life, but ultimately decided that I wasn't going to submit it because it was kind of a shoehorn and I think it will receive a higher score in the Free Study, which will also have advanced editing which is great.

I am just submitting what I like. I have some higher quality images of ducks flapping their wings. But I loved this effect of a cormorant not only flapping its wings but also showing the water droplets coming off of it, something not visible in other pictures.
If this scores poorly, so be it, at least its not boring.
