When this challenge came up, I was hoping for some snow. Having the extra element of snow and ice really seems to provide a few new shooting opportunities for me. Sunday morning I drove out to Governor Nelson State Park before sunrise. I found a place to setup, and waited in the 19F weather for the sun to come up over the lake.
When I first took this picture, I wasn't all that impressed. But after playing around with it in post, I came up with something that I enjoy (and my wife thinks is amazing!).
