 This is one of the buildings at the local university, just a bit after sunrise.
Topaz ReMask to select steam cloud, Detail applied in two different fashions to the steam and the rest.

Silver Efex for conversion, Dfine2.0 for noise.

I haven't used re-mask yet either. I saw a tutorial on it and it looks pretty neat. You have done a great job with it here. The B&W conversion is excellent.

I haven't tried remask either, but this looks fab! I've had problems with denoise on b&w images before as well. I usually try to do the noise reduction first before I convert if I'm going b&w.

Excellent result. The steam looks natural, but really stands out. I haven't tried remask yet although it's in my bundle.
