 Topaz Adjust spicify and Topaz Infocus.
At first I couldn't see that infocus did much but I did it again after resizing and the effect was more noticeable. However I have tidied up the bottom of the beak with the clone tool.

We just call these birds water hens, but they must have a formal name. I'll see if I can find out what it is.
