 The corniche of Beirut becomes very busy in the late hours of the afternoon going until very late at night and while this part of the Lebanese capital is seeing a boosting construction movement and enjoying bright nights many parts of the country fall under power shortages and blackouts unlike this dazzling seashore strip.
