Taken while stuck in traffic on the way home from the museum in Denver. We were going about 15mph. This was a big storm rolling off the mountains- it was causing sustained 40mph wind with gusts probably up to 60ish, with some rain and sleet thrown in for good measure. Oh yeah, and everpresent traffic. Joy!

I like the impending feeling of this. The strange procession of cars into the maelstrom.

Those clouds look so ominous - like they are just going to engulf all the traffic. With the grain they look rather like clouds of volcanic ash.

There is something so ominous about all the cars heading straight into that storm. You really captured the feeling of danger.
