It was really windy out on the end of the wharf on Saturday morning, and I guess my poor little tripod wasn't as sturdy as I thought it was, which is why there is motion blur on the oil rigs. Anyhow, I thought they looked pretty cool.

The overlay is an old postcard mailed from China. I felt compelled to add a little something, so I made my own brush with another postmark, this time from Shanghai. Added some texture using CS5, and put an off-white border to make it look old.

Love it! It's like I'm crying as I read it and that's why it's blurry.

The yellow boats/things complete the scene so well, lovely use of blurs

It looks like luminous eagle heads bobbing in the water. There is an old postcard or two wafting by. Wait.... it's only a dream.

Postcards usually are so sharp and clear. It is beautiful to see a postcard that is blurry like this! I like it very much.
