I'm going through the entries, stopping at those images I feel have had the benefit of an unconventional eye and dwelling a little longer to try to see and appreciate what you saw. This is one of those images.
Positives: Bold - our very own ink blot!
Critical stuff: I should get it out of the way and say that I don't like the image. I think it is the toning that bothers me the most - the way the image is stripped of interest... like it has had the life sucked out of it.
Overall: This feels a little cynical (beyond contrived). I'm afraid I've taken against it a little. A least you got a reaction. |

| I’m fairly certain this shot won’t score too well in this challenge but this really captured my attention more than most entries. I see a face that is somehow tortured and appreciate images that stimulates my imagination. I like this! |
