Korriban: I actually agree. I had a hard time coming up with an idea for a title, and as I was thinking about it I was talking with a friend on Skype who mentioned this quote from Buddha: "Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment". At the time I sort of liked the way it went with the three panels of the triptych, but after looking at it later I agree that it sort of forces the viewer into a certain way of thinking.
I always have a hard time coming up with titles for my pictures, and I am starting to understand why so many photographers are simply calling their pictures "unnamed" or "untitled" :)
I wonder if the title explains the votes of 1 and 2... |

I liked the photos a lot until I read the title. I had a really good story that let me really connect until the title forced my view into a very tight box. So many of these photographs just give very unforgiving titles. Sometimes ambiguity goes a long way. I am still giving it the same number I would have before I read the title. |

Really nice. I like the bottom two with one in shadow and one in the light. |
