Followed a flock of wild parrots for two hours, just to find that their camouflage ability made them impossible to locate in the actual photos! Saw this guy on the ground the next day, snapped him up quick!

Nice subject, those colors are very cool (especially the eye). Unfortunately, the photo isn't as sharp as I would like, which is really hurting the shot. The tight crop is good, and the composition is ok (would be better if you were lower to the ground).

I only see these guys at the zoo. They are very cool birds. Composition doesn't really engage me (he appears to be looking at the bottom of the frame with disinterest) but I don't know if you had enough negative space around him to rotate and crop differently.
