 Enough with the b&w already, time for some tasteless color. Too bad about the artifacts in the signs and such, big version looks fine :-)
Topaz adjust and DeNoise over-used on purpose.

Well you know me. I totally dig the over-Topazed look for street shots ;) I like how you've cropped this kind of off center to draw your eye down the sidewalk.
