Even though you probably were as careful as you could and you most likely released the birdy, this is not my idea of how to photograph animals. On a technical note, the motion blur on the wings is okay, the motion blur on the head ruins the picture imo |

Interesting photo for the challenge. I hope you didn't get bitten. You have nice focus on the right spot, I just wish the shutter was a bit faster so we could really see the animal's face. |
