 I expect this one to get a lowish score, due to its bloody content which may not please everyone: my apologies if this is the case. However, I am very happy about how this shot came out, and the story it tells; this is why I submitted it anyway. Obviously the blood is fake (a home-brew of tomato juice, honey, cocoa, red dye, water).

The scenario idea came quite directly: I asked to myself, what would be a good reason to only see legs under the knees? A possible answer was to simply lie down on the floor. Then why lie on the floor? And there it was.

The processing was very limited due to basic editing rules, but I wanted to give it an oldish feel, so that the title I had in mind would work. I also made a fully processed version which I like more.

On the funny side, an old man who was picking mushrooms in the woods came across this scenery: he disappeared that fast that I didn't get a chance to even explain what we were doing ;-)

Ingenious idea ! I love the whole story you're telling...I also wondered about the hand ??? it looks masculine and how would it hang down so far ? Anyway great work & fun things to ponder !

Nice setup. Woman's feet and man's longer than usual arms makes it even freakier!. IMHO a warmer fill light would work better

I like this shot but the knife seems awkward. I think it would have been just as effective without the knife in the hand, perhaps just have it laying at the feet? A 7 from me.
