Lots of debris in the foreground of the river that I left alone due to basic editing. I suspect I may get some comments on that. Overall I like this picture. I had to wait around for quite some time for the train to pass even though I wasn't sure I would use the train in the final picture. While I was standing there with the Tripod and camera I guess a policeman got suspicious and came over. I thought to myself "OK here it comes". As it turned out he was just a very friendly and nice guy and we ended up chatting for an half hour or so. Not a great shot but the reflections add some interest. The voting could go either way on this one but hope it doesn't bomb. I predict a 5.6 to 5.8 range.

I think this is pretty good and I gave it an "8". Just an observation, or two, about the horizon and perspective. I observe you have squared the horizon of the tracks under the train. That is a logical choice, but maybe not the best one. The train is above your position and you are on the left bank of the river. A natural perspective may have had a vanishing lines effect, with the train not on horizon square tracks, as viewed from your position. My point is made by the water level, as measured at each bridge pylon. Water seeks its own level and would be horizon square to your position. So, the image needs a slight CW rotation. You can see the train reflection in the water is really sloped up. The actual train and the reflection should be equally sloped... and converging towards each other at a distant point to the far right.
