I like the colours in this original version better than in your entry. I would suggest that if you were to rotate the picture CW about 3 degrees and then crop to remove only the resulting white edges, it would put the windmill right on a third line for a more pleasing effect. As to any other PP, you might try making a duplicate layer and then playing around with the Image->Adjustments->Shadow/Highlight... feature until you get the pop you want without over saturating the colours. Personally, other than the lean to the windmill, I like it as it is.
