 iPhoto basic adjustment, hot pixels and crop, Graphic Converter resize. Save for web. Vivitar Series 1 70-210mm f3.5 Macro Focusing Zoom, no filter, monopod, on cam flash.
Post challenge;
Here's the original for this. The on cam flash was blocked by the end of the lens, but I liked the softness and the glow from inside the flower when I edited it up. I knew that it would crash in voting here at DPC because of noise and softness, but I like that stuff for some things.

Here's a more DPC friendly version which I like much less, though technically it's better.

Nice colors, however I think it was sharpened too much? or ISO was to high? Kind of grainy. 5

I'm glad you didn't clean up the noise. I think any attempt to would have obliterated all the fine textures in the image.
