open raw, recovery, bumped clarity, open in edit, adjust contrast, save, Open two more times and do all except contrast. Reduce file, auto sharpen, save for web. Ba bing Ba bang.. (then came back after second guessing my self all week) and lightened shadows by 18% and bumped the midtone contrast... Oh I hope I didn't mess up...

lol I just read through the other comments - seems I'm the only (who commented) that they liked your processing - you ended up with a nice finsh so ya did something right!
I think you may have overdone the processing of the lady a bit tbh ... she lost a bit of depth. I like the slight desaturated look and everything else about the image though.
