Where is the chair? If you had increased the contrast and brigtness some, it wouldn't be so flat. It is a good picture of the girl but not a good shot.

I wish her hair wasn't covering half of her face. I think if you had used a shallow dept of field and left this in color (though BnW might look nice too), this would appeal to people more.
