 Thanks for the fun comments. There is actually a plant called a sundew, but this isn't one of them. It's what rcollier's daughter sussed - a drop of water on spider webs.

I wish you wouldn't tell what this is, as I could imagine something dark and threatening (alien creature? especially if you put it upside down). Fabulous nevertheless.

I thought, what the hell is it, then my 9 year old daughter who was looking over my shoulder said, "cool, a drop of water on a spider web". Then I thought, she's right, and it is pretty cool. It would be better I think without the drop cropped and a little deeper depth of field (I might have known what it was then). Still pretty nice though.

This is the sort of image I hope to some day be able to capture. Not sure what this is, although it seems organic. But the level of detail in the focused area, and the spectacular bokeh above, oh, just gorgeous.
