 Well, this is an oldy (not that old) processed in camera, but I forget which app. ETA. I remembered it was the Lo Mob app with the Tri Black filter

The blur on the right only, sort of gives a feel of a train speeding up.(I know it wouldn't affect a shot that way, but it does give that feeling.)
