Some day when I have more time it will be fun to explore all these filter vendors. Is that what added the precip? My first reaction seeing this shot was "what is she talking about never succeeding at street photography?" This a rare shot. Timing is perfect and the action fills the frame. The precip takes it to another level. If it is an overlay, it works.
