Nice exposure and night shot. I walk by it on my way to work. You captured this nicely with the Keller Fountain in the foreground and the Portland Plaza (high rise) nicely framed by the trees. Nice job.

A great picture! Love the scenery. You should have straightened the tower a bit. IMO it is hanging to the right... 7 to me.
