 This shot was taken at the top of Sandia Crest, the 10,678' mountain just East of Albuquerque, NM. at 300mm using my Sigma 70-300 APO Lens. Hand held in Aperture Priority mode at F5.6 1/640 sec.
Adjusted Hue/Saturation, Cropped to 640X480 and added a little USM.
I love this Lens!

Most beautiful shot. Great job! I would have to say that hummingbirds are probably one of the most difficult to shoot, even with a rifle,lol. Great job.

Hummingbirds are tough to shoot, and you did a superb job with this one.
Maybe stick with hand-held??
