 I hope I have the correct identity for this plane! It has been flying overhead for a few days now as it is part of the RIAT at RAF Fairford. Looking at the website there is only one B-52 type aircraft flying - the B-52H Stratofortress.
Resized, cropped a little, levels, usm, HDR tone mapping in HDR Darkroon, spot healing brush to get rid of sensor dirt, colour variations, added border.
Not expecting much with this entry but I like the angle of the plane, just a shame it was overcast and dull. If 1 person likes it then that's enough to please me :-)

Yes, it's an H model Buff. I worked on the G's back in the 80's and there are a few detail differences.

Grog is wakened from pleasant nap by dragon. Was dreaming of many females tending to Grog. Foul monster breaths smoke and screams as flying overhead. Grog not happy. Grog will name dragon "Buff". Grog will capture and tame Buff. Females will be impressed, will want to bear Grog's younglings. Enemy tribe will be scared and pay tribute to Grog. Grog is great tamer-of beasts.
