Taken from the campground in the elk preserve east of Jackson Hole, Wyoming, during a cross-country trip from Berkeley to Boston in 1982.
I remember seeing those clouds drifting across the scene, and waiting until one seemed to touch the tip of the mountain so that it resembled a plume of steam from a volcano.
