 My submission this week is a version of JustCaree's "Nuts for Nuts"

When I shoot peanuts...the first rule is to never shoot peanuts without the shell involved...lol

I know she said it was a macro but...I just figure if you start with the basics...light, composition and focus throw a little bit of cropping into the equation, you can come up with a usable "up close" photo...and in being that I like peanuts I took on Carrie's first entry in the Peanut Challenge... showing her (with respect) that with a little effort and patience a peanut or peanuts can and could be a dynamic subject, not to say this is a great example but I am sure, just as I have grown in my hobby with the help of DPC... Carrie will flourish also.

Honestly I don't see how this image looks a lot like the original. The original was just nuts and this one has a lot of white space and a jar. Looks like a take on the Peanut challenge more than a redo of the original image. Nicely done though.

Beautiful, crisp and yummy! I can almost feel the salt on my fingers just watching it. Also, I love the peanut butter border :-).
