 If there was ever a time I could use advanced editing this would be it. I used a pretty cheap glass and the price tags left adhesive behind. My white background had crud from previous messes and an unfortunately placed bend mark. So yeah...better supplies would have yielded better results.

Lighting - Sigma 530 Super Flash on the left, SB 600 on the right. Both aimed at the background.

Setup - Cheapo wine glass, 2 containers of hand cleanser, and a cheap rubber ball that has a dolphin in it. Total cost at the dollar store was less than $10. (Including an extra bottle of hand sanitizer because I thought I didn't have enough). I should have bought another white poster board. =(

Editing - In LR2: Leveled the image, auto tone, adjusted exposure. Change white balance to tungsten, Reduced saturation, increased vibrance and clarity. Exported to TIFF

In PSP XI: Resize to 1600, sharpen, resize to 800 px, export to JPG

you're very hyper critical of the flaws...but the first thing i saw was a beautiful image...i can see now where improvements could be made but let me say i like this shot very much
