 This was taken on a nice bright sunny day in Mornington.
I underexposed the shot by 1.33. All the other shots i took at normal exposure showed great detail in teh water but the buoy was blown out.
I debated long and hard over "border or no border"
I like it so all you border haters can go to hell.
I didnt think it looked finished with one.
