Im not a mentor but I do a lot of water shots... If you want the drops to stand out as drops more use a faster shutter speed. (just offering my little experience)

If I didn't see the ground, and I was just looking at the trees, I'd think that there were strips of TP hanging from the trees lol. The rain looks cool.
