Yes, we have one of those in our Golden Gate Park. It is a fragrant and texture rich area along a well-defined path with plants raised to a level where they can be experienced easily.

I like your pattern shot of the braille sign.

It's designed with lots of aromatic and tactile plants for blind and partially sighted people to enjoy - hence the braille! :)
