This Thread gives the How Too details. for images ...

The subject of "flip and blend" was covered intensively in the thread referenced above. I created some Actions, and forthwith forgot how I did them. I used one of the Actions here.

Very roughly the action is:
Make duplicate layer
Rotate x°
Scale x°
Merge
Repeat
On this one, I flipped the image vertical 1/2 way through the repetitions and at the end selected out the coffee pot and scaled it up, tidying up the edges after.


If you have the patience to check out this long but enthusiastic thread, you will have a fascinating experience.
