I like the composition in this one, and that you have several iconic structures included, along with the fireworks. You didn't post camera settings, so it's fun to guess at them. I would be thinking possibly iso 200, about 8 or 10 sec at f11 or 16, though the lights didn't "star" for some reason, possibly you used a ND filter or polarizer and wider aperture? Anyway, you got it right, and it's a pretty scene. The letterbox crop works nicely for this too. |

to me this isn't sharp enough on the focus, I know it's a long exposure but it seems to have just a slight motion blur, were you hand holding? And one other thing...with me...I don't seem to like the night shots of cityscapes all that well...so you might not weigh in my opinion on this one as much |
