using my underwater rig i set it up on a tripod and my speedlight firing into a reflective umbrella aimed at the print to add light to the background
we have a few of these marine prints by Bob Talbot which i used as the background for the image of the two dolphins

post processing
first i cropped most of the wall out of the image and then using the transforming skew and perspective options i moved the image as to take up the remaining blank areas before cropping to final size
i then sharpened the controls on the housing and used dodge and burn in certain areas to add to the housings detail
then added a thin black border followed by the larger white one
save for web

THIS SUXS
GUESS I MISREAD THE RULE ON USING EXISTING IMAGES
MY INTENT WAS TO MAKE THE HOUSING THE PREDOMINATE FEATURE GUESS IT WASNT SEEN THAT WAY

You may include existing images or artwork as part of your composition as long as the entry does not appear to consist entirely of a pre-existing photograph in order to circumvent date or editing rules or fool the voters into thinking you actually captured the original photograph.

This is kind of borderline. Pretty much a picture of a picture were it not for the underwater camera housing in front. That object is pretty dark but you got the poster exposed well.
