WoW!!! This makes me regret not voting in this challenge. I have no idea how this didn't ribbon. It is wonderful! The creativity, the contrast, the execution, all perfect. And I think the timing was great, the sky has perfect colors and you can see everything, but it's not too bright. I'm glad you didn't take it later on. Perfect picture. My top pick for this challenge =]
Captured and processed well, but the church holds no visual interest for me. It's so plain and overshadowed by the dominating skyscrapers that appear to be looking down upon it. I realize you're presenting a dichotomy but the church can't compete with the slick looking skyscrapers creating an unbalanced image.
wow - I would never have expected to have seen this; I love it; not only is it an outstanding photo but this display of stark difference (little ole country church next to modern day sky scrapers) I can't stop looking!
